Our Policies

New Salon Polices to protect the health and safety of our clients & technicians from COVID-19.

 

-MUST wear a mask when entering and the entire time you are in the salon. (It can not be removed at all) Mask MUST cover nose, mouth and chin.

 

-Please remain outside/ in your car until your technician is ready. Text your technician when you arrive and your technician will let you know when to come in.

 

-MUST wash your hands as soon as you enter the salon for at least 60 seconds.

 

-DO NOT touch any items (including phones) after you have washed your hands before your service has begun.

 

-MUST already know what you would like to have done to your nails and have communicated that with your technician to keep down on the amount of time in the salon.

 

-Please be patient as we properly clean and disinfect between each client.

 

-No eating or drinking in the salon.

 

-DO NOT bring anyone with you to your appointment (this includes children).

 

-Please contact you technician if you need to cancel your appointment within 48 hours.

 

-ABSOLUTELY NO ONE is allowed in the salon with cold or flu like symptoms. This includes: fever, coughing, sore throat, chills, diarrhea, stomach pains, vomiting, etc.

 

-If you or someone in your household has tested positve for COVID-19 within the last 30 days, you must schedule after 30 days of testing positive and MUST be symptom free for 14 days. 

 

-contact your technician for payment options.

 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: 

Most of our technicians require any cancellations that are made to be at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Although some of the technicians may require more time. Cancellation fees may apply based off of each technicians cancellation policy. Please understand that the cancellation fee can be as much as the cost of your scheduled service or as low as $20. Again,  that is why it is best to inquire about the cancellation policy from your desired technician. 

 

Some technicians require deposits when booking. cancellation and deposit fees vary. Please check with your desired technician for exact fees and policies.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SPECIFIC CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW POLICY FOR THE TECHNICIAN THAT WAS SCHEDULED TO SERVICE YOU.

 

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THE CARD ON FILE MAY BE CHARGED FOR NO SHOW AND CANCELLATION FEES.
